Ultimately we will be
able to provide you with your relevant shipping details. You will
be advised when we expect your goods to be shipped and more important
when they are likely to arrive. We will provide you with the name
of the carrying vessel or flight number and the bill of lading
number or airwaybill number.
Wherever possible we will also give you the name, address and telephone
number of the local contact at your destination who will be able
to assist you on any local procedures.
Everyone who provides an e-mail address will receive an e-mail
with complete Airfreight and Shipping details. Including arrival
date, contact name + phone number at the destination + reference
number.
It is advised that the client(owner) of the goods is at the destination
to arrange customs clearance. Some countries will only allow the
owner to clear customs. We can hold the shipment in the UK for
up to 1 month free of charge to allow the owner to arrive at the
destination to arrange customs clearance.
