There are no set rules about when to start making arrangements for sending your belongings back home. However, it is in your interest not to leave it until the last few days as this invariably means that you will not have given enough thought to important details.

We would advise you to seek a quotation approximately 2-3 weeks before you actually want to dispatch your effects. Should our quotation be acceptable the next step would be for us to deliver the necessary cartons to your residence (if required) in order to give you ample time for correct preparation.
